We at First Source Engineering, Inc. {hereinafter referred to as "FSE"} are committed to safeguarding our users' privacy. We request of all our users that you please read the following 'Privacy Policy' to understand how your personal and business information will be treated, as you make full use of our services and benefit from them. This policy is applicable only to the entire network of marketplaces operated by FSE and not by any other company.

Collection of Information
FSE collects information from our users when they register to gain access to our services or at other specific instances when they are requested to provide us with their personal and business information. During registration, we ask all users for their name, business title, E-mail address, business information and other trade-oriented details. Once a user registers, he/she is no longer anonymous to First Source Engineering and it is deemed that the user has given FSE the right to publish the desired business and trade-oriented details throughout its marketplaces, including but not limited to business directory, trade leads, catalogs etc.

When you come on our network and are asked for personal information, you are sharing the information with FSE alone, unless we specifically state otherwise. Promotions that run on our network may be sponsored by companies other than FSE or may be co-sponsored by FSE along with another company. Some or all the data collected during a promotion may be shared with the sponsor. However, you can certainly decide not to participate in the promotion if you don't want your data to be shared.

As part of the browsing process, we also gather usage statistics such as pages viewed, number of unique visitors, browser software, screen resolution etc. for analysis. This information helps improve the overall user experience and the services we provide.

Use of Trade-oriented & Business Information
At First Source Engineering, our primary goal in collecting personal or public information is to provide the user with a customized experience on our network of sites. This includes personalized services, interactive communication and other services. Most of these services are completely free, though some are paid services. Business information is used to display the user's business listing or product offerings across our network in order to secure maximum business opportunities for the user.

In order that we can provide free services, FSE displays advertisements based upon the site usage statistics and visitor trends. FSE uses user's trade-oriented and business information to provide targeted advertisements through our websites, newsletters and customized mailers.

Sharing of Information
As a general rule, FSE will not disclose or share any of the user's personally identifiable information except when FSE has you the user's permission or under special circumstances, such as when FSE believes in good faith that the law requires it or as permitted in terms of this policy.

FSE does not display user E-mail addresses on marketplace to avoid extraction by E-mail extractors.

FSE may also disclose account information in special cases when FSE has reasons to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating FSE’s Terms of Services or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) FSE’s rights or property, other FSE network website users, or if FSE deems it necessary to maintain, service, and improve its products and services. Any personal or business information collected may be transferred and shared in the event of a sale.

Distribution of Information
From time to time, FSE may , send its users E-mails regarding our products and services. FSE constantly tries to improve our array of marketplace tools for better efficiency, more relevancy, more innovative business matchmaking and better personal preferences.

Updating of Information
A user may edit his/her account information and profile by logging onto our website and/or by sending a request to info@firstsorcuengineering.com. While updates are generally made promptly, the requested changes may take up to 30 days to appear online because of our verification process and server cache policies.

A user account can be deleted or deactivated, but doing so will result in that user not being able to access any members-only areas of the network. Residual information will remain within our records archive.

Protection of information
As with all information, FSE does not sell any data in bulk to third parties that could be misused for telemarketing or bulk mailing or any other wrongful purposes. In addition, FSE does not sell any user's personal information or business information until and unless it is permitted by the user. Any user statistics that we may provide to prospective advertisers or partners regarding product or service usage on the FSE network is provided in an aggregate form only and does not include any personally identifiable information about any individual user. Users may log in to http://www.firstsourceengineering.com/Login.aspx to check the current status of their contact sharing permissions.

We request that our users sign out of their FSE account and close their browser window when they have finished their work. This is to ensure that others cannot access their personal or business information and correspondence, if the user shares the computer with someone else or is using a computer in a public place.

FSE takes necessary steps, within our limits of commercial viability and necessity, to ensure that the user's information is treated securely.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while FSE strives to protect the user's personal and business information, we cannot ensure the security of any information transmitted to FSE and you do so at your own risk. Once FSE receives your transmission, we make our best efforts to ensure its security within our systems. Please keep in mind that whenever you post personal and business information online, that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties.
